Matthew Manahan


Graduating from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2016, Matthew’s WAAPA credits include Robert Martin in The Drowsy Chaperone and Grant in the Australian Premiere of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Beautiful Game.

Matthew made his professional debut in 2017 playing Rudy in the acclaimed production of Cabaret (Hawk Entertainment) for the Sydney and Melbourne seasons. This followed quickly by being cast in the title role of Paris Jon English’s Paris - A Rock Oddysey (MTM). Matthew closed the year making his debut with The Production Company playing Charlie Dalrymple in Brigadoon.

In 2018 Matthew was honoured to make his Sydney Opera House debut with Sydney Symphony Orchestra in The Bernstein Songbook and also performed the role of Hugo in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Aspects of Love (Hayes Theatre Company/Walk This Way Productions).
